I have a question about an event or GPX files
At SQM Time we only handle the registrations.
If you have specific questions about an event, unfortunately we cannot assist you.
In such cases, please contact the event organiser directly.
Transfer your registration to someone else
In most cases, you can modify or transfer your registration up until the day before the event. Please note: this may vary depending on the organiser.


Step 1:

Log in to your SQM Time account.
Go to My registrations and open the relevant registration.

Step 2:
Click the button “Assign or sell to someone else.”

Step 3:
Choose one of the following two options:

  1. The buyer does not need to pay: you will not receive any refund.

  2. The buyer must pay the registration fee online: you will receive the registration fee in your bank account, minus a €5 cancellation fee excluding VAT.

Important: Make sure you enter the correct email address.

Cancel your registration

Participants are responsible for cancelling their own registration. You can do this easily through your SQM Time account.

Important: cancellation conditions vary per organiser. The conditions displayed in the system are always decisive. If you are unsure, please contact the event organiser.

Step 1:
Log in to your SQM Time account.
Go to My registrations and open the relevant registration.

Step 2:
Click the “Cancel” button.

Step 3:
You will then be given two options:

  1. Credit to your SQM Time account
    The amount will be added as credits to your SQM Time account. These credits can be used for any event on the SQM Time calendar for one year.
    Note: once you choose credits, it is no longer possible to receive the refund as a bank transfer later.

  2. Refund to your bank account
    The amount will be refunded to the bank account used for payment, minus €5 administration costs (excl. VAT).

Register children or someone else
Make sure you are logged in with your own account.

All registration forms will first ask who you want to register. Select “Someone else.”

You can then choose to register an adult (18+), a minor (-18), or someone already saved in your address book.

Invoice of my registration
NOTE: Not all organizations use the invoice option. If the invoice button is not visible, that means the organization does not use it and you cannot request an invoice through the system.


If you want an invoice, you can download it yourself in your PFS or SQM account. Please note, this is only for companies with a VAT number!

STEP 1
Go to your account (log in at the top right of this page) and find your registration for the event in the list of registrations.

STEP 2
Click the invoice button and then you can download it (you may still need to add your company details under "edit account").

I would like my credits to be paid out to my bank account.
For all cancellations and downgrades made online, you automatically receive online credits, which remain valid for one year.

These credits are not personal, so you can use them to register yourself or someone else for another event.

If you cancel a full registration, it is sometimes possible, for an additional fee, to request a refund via Mollie, our payment provider.

A manual refund to a bank account — especially after credits have already been issued — creates a significant administrative burden, requiring multiple actions from our support, IT, and finance departments.

Since we have invested in a fully automated system, it is unfortunately not possible to process such manual refunds without disrupting our accounting system.

However, you can request an extension of your credit validity period if needed.
